A standard couch or sofa removal starts at $75 as a single item. Sectionals, basements, or long carry distances can increase the price. Patrick will confirm the exact amount after seeing a photo — there is no charge for a quote.
Single appliance pickup (washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove) starts at $75. If you have multiple appliances from the same location, the total will be quoted as a partial load and will be less per item than ordering individual pickups.
The $75 minimum covers the cost of sending the truck, the labor, the drive time, and the disposal fee. Even a single item requires the same trip to your location and the same trip to the dump. For full loads the per-item cost drops significantly.
A dumpster rental works best for long-term projects over several days or weeks where you do all the lifting yourself. Junk removal is better for one-and-done cleanouts — Patrick does all the lifting, loading, and sweeping, same-day or next-day available, no permit needed. For most homeowners with a room or garage to clear, hiring a pro ends up cheaper and faster than a dumpster rental.
Not necessarily. Many customers leave items in the garage, driveway, or a designated room and Patrick handles the rest. Payment can be arranged ahead of time. Just confirm the access plan when you schedule.
Patrick sorts every load. Usable furniture and household goods go to local donation centers when accepted. Appliances are checked for scrap value, electronics go to e-waste recycling, and scrap metal is separated. Whatever cannot be donated or recycled goes to a permitted disposal facility. Nothing is dumped.
